Snip Snap app...potentially fraud?!

After a few minutes of researching, this is what was found.

Some stores post their coupons to Snip Snap. If they accept it (the store coupon) they will still get their money reimbursed.

Ultimately, making a copy of a coupon is fraud.
Some people are saying that the picture is a copy and it's fraud because people are sharing.
If it's a store coupon, though, I wouldn't consider it fraud because they get their money back.
If its a manufactures coupon, they might not get their money back because they print out a unique code on every one. (Check next time you print 2 like coupons from your computer, for example.)

So in general, I'd only attempt to use it if it's a store coupon. (Gillette 7 oz. free at Target) Because if its a manufactures coupon, the store won't get reimbursed. It's consider fraud because the store won't get money so it's basically stealing.

And we, couponers, do NOT want that!!!
